KURT VAN BELLE
Kurt Van Belle is co-founder and partner of Van Belle & Medina Architects BVBA. He has broad international professional experience in Spain, the Netherlands and Belgium and is active as guest lecturer at different international universities.
He is in charge of the day-to-day running of the office together with Patricia Medina Prieto. He is a member of the MT, responsible for the Financial Department and the Process and Management Department, and closely coordinates the contact with the client. His tasks include the development of the vision & concept for the architectural and urban projects, infrastructure and the public domain.
Kurt works together with the team as a project coordinator. He follows, directs and manages the project’s process and oversees the dialogue and communication between all relevant parties.
Kurt is involved in all ongoing projects and supervises each phase of the architectural and building process. Over the years, he has built up expertise in urbanism, landscape and architecture.
PATRICIA MEDINA PRIETO
Patricia Medina is co-founder and partner of Van Belle & Medina Architects BVBA. She has broad international professional experience in Spain, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Belgium.
She is in charge of the day-to-day running of the office together with Kurt Van Belle. She is a member of the MT, responsible for PR, HR, the Communication and Documentation Department and the Conceptual and Technical Research Department.
Patricia Medina works together with the team as a project coordinator. She follows, directs and manages the project’s process and oversees the dialogue and communication between all relevant parties.
Patricia is involved in all ongoing projects and supervises the design phases (sketches & design) and the executive phase (executive drawings, details, material choice and general quality surveillance). Over the years, she has built up expertise in urbanism, landscape, architecture, interior and furniture design.
